Associate in Specialized Business Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality and Restaurant Management

The Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality & Restaurant Management Program at PCI was developed in collaboration with Le Cordon Bleu Australia. Our Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality & Restaurant Management Program offers students a level of training not typically found at traditional four-year hospitality school.

About the Program

Program Length

The program is designed to be 15 months long: 12 months on campus followed by a three-month externship. Our program length enables students to enter the workforce sooner.

Career Opportunities

Graduates should be prepared to assume positions including manager trainee, restaurant owner, restaurant manager, maitre d', bartender, wine steward, assistant catering manager, and server in settings such as hotels, restaurants, spas, casinos, and cruise ships.

Upon Graduation

In addition to the Associate in Specialized Business Degree, graduates receive a Le Cordon Bleu DiplĂ´me, recognized locally and worldwide.
